Our Services and Scope
- Life Coach London Ltd. prides itself on connecting you with independent life coaches who provide a fusion of coaching and mentoring tailored to your unique aspirations.
- Life Coach London aims to match you with the perfect coach based on your coaching requirements.
- Coaches are independent professionals who set their own coaching methods, subject to maintaining the high standards and ethics expected by Life Coach London and following the ICF code of ethics.
- Online coaching sessions are conducted through our platform using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Ensure you have access to these tools for your sessions; we'll let you know at the time of booking.
- If you don't click with the recommended coach, we will always aim to pair you with a new coach.• While we take payment upfront, we always offer a free discovery call, so you can decide if the coach is right for you ahead of any paid session.
- Life Coach London also offers in-person sessions. Please always provide your coach with clear directions and parking information/restrictions if required. Transport fees will be included in the quoted fixed price.
Financial Terms
- As the Life Coach London pool of coaches has varying rates, pricing will be given at the point of recommendation.
- Pricing will vary depending on your requirements but typically falls between £50 and £100 an hour, depending on the speciality and experience of the coach.
- We'll work with you to find the ideal coach for your budget and requirements.
- The sessions typically last between 50-60 minutes, with packages available for extended engagement.
- Sessions are scheduled through our platform, and we provide all necessary links and instructions for their seamless conduct.
- Payment for sessions is securely handled in advance through our platform.

You commit to using our services for personal development and not for unauthorised or unlawful activities.
Limitations of Service
- While our platform facilitates personal growth, it is not a substitute for counselling, therapy or medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. If you need such services, please seek appropriate professional care. We may halt our service if the scope of our offering is not suitable for your needs.
- Life Coach London Ltd. does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching sessions. Progress and results depend on various factors, including your commitment and engagement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life is unpredictable, and we understand that. We offer a fair cancellation policy requiring at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges. This consideration allows for effectively managing our coaches' schedules and respects the value of their time.
Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
Our commitment to your privacy is unwavering. We adhere to GDPR and UK data protection laws, safeguarding the confidentiality of your sessions. Our coaches are committed to a professional code of conduct, ensuring your coaching experience is safe and respectful.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Client Indemnity Agreement
As a client of Life Coach London Ltd., you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life Coach London Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of, or participation in the coaching services provided by Life Coach London Ltd.
You agree that the coaches are independent contractors and that Life Coach London Ltd. is not liable for any acts, omissions, or services they provide. Life Coach London Ltd. is not responsible for any coaching methods employed by the coaches and does not endorse or warrant the accuracy of any information provided by the coaches during the coaching sessions.
You acknowledge that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues and implementing choices rests solely with you.
Life Coach London Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the coaching services.
This indemnification clause shall survive the termination or expiration of the use of services provided by Life Coach London Ltd. and your engagement with the coaches.
Consent for Recording and Data Use
With your permission, sessions may be recorded for training purposes, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols. Your email address may be shared with the ICF for accreditation purposes, with assurances that session content will remain confidential.
Changes to Terms
Life Coach London Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between you and Life Coach London Ltd., governing the use of our coaching services.
