Nina is a Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals live balanced and fulfilled lives. A former corporate leader, Nina realised that it is important to slow down, pause and reflect on what is truly important to us in order to achieve lasting happiness and health. She has focused since on finding a good work/life balance, adopting healthy habits and constantly stepping out of her comfort zone in order to grow.

Her experience as a manager, a freelance professional, an entrepreneur, and a mother gives her a well-rounded perspective, enabling her to understand and navigate a wide range of challenges. Nina is EMCC-accredited, ICF-certified, and the founder of Life Coach London.
